Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to Offline Music Player ("the App"), a mobile application developed by Everyday App Studio
("we," "us," or "our"). Offline Music Player is designed to help users organize, convert, play, and
manage their personal music library on iOS devices. We are committed to protecting your privacy and
being transparent about how we handle information.
Information We Collect
Audio Files and Media
- Offline Music Player accesses your device's file system and iCloud Drive solely to allow you to
import audio files into your personal music library.
- Audio files are stored locally on your device within the app's Documents directory.
- We do not upload, transmit, or store your audio files on any external servers.
Audio Conversion
- The app includes a built-in audio converter that compresses audio files to save storage space on
your device.
- All conversion processing occurs entirely on your device. No audio data is sent to any server.
- Original and converted files are stored locally in the app's Documents directory.
Library and Playlist Data
- Your music library structure — including folder names, track titles, artist information, and
playlist assignments — is stored locally on your device as a JSON file.
- This data is not transmitted to any external servers.
Playback State
- The app saves your current playback queue and position locally so you can resume listening where you
left off.
- This data is stored on your device and is not shared externally.
Google Drive Integration
- If you choose to connect your Google Drive account, the app uses OAuth 2.0 authentication to access
your audio files.
- Your Google Drive access token is stored only in the app's memory during your active session and is
not persisted to disk or transmitted to our servers.
- We only request access to audio files in your Google Drive; we do not access other file types or
personal data.
Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and In-App Purchase system.
- We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.
- Subscription status is verified locally on your device through Apple's StoreKit framework.
Advertising
- The app displays banner advertisements for non-premium users through Google AdMob.
- AdMob may collect device information for ad delivery purposes. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for
details on their data practices.
- Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
